Welcome to the Lillehammer Energy Claims Conference.
The Conference, which celebrated its 16th year in 2011, is the leading international gathering of underwriters, claims adjusters, insureds, brokers and other service providers involved in claims arising from activities which are commonly referred to as offshore energy risks (which extend to related onshore activities and include well and drilling operations irrespective of location).
The Conference is a non-commercial undertaking organised by a Committee drawn from professionals with extensive experience of energy claims and is a co-operative forum enabling the exchange of views and experiences, ongoing improvements in the claims process, and the dissemination of knowledge.
Our website includes details of the 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 Conferences including presentations, and the 'Lillehammer International Energy Claims Handling Protocol' and the 'Lillehammer Terms of Engagement for Energy Loss Adjusters' first released in April 2004.
